Press the massage nubs firmly into the skin, using long sweeping motions up the thighs, and circular, clockwise motions over the abdomen and glutes. This intentional ritual mimics classic spa cupping and lymphatic drainage techniques, leaving your skin tingling, warm, and deeply energized.
Directions for use
- Wet skin and lather soap in hands or directly on skin.
- Massage gently over target areas in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, form a foami layer and let it work for a few more seconds, in the mean time take care of your self and imagine the transformation that its occurring in your body.
- Rinse thoroughly. Use 2–3 times per week or as tolerated.
- Avoid vigorous scrubbing on sensitive or broken skin.
Warnings and precautions
